Our Managing Director, Jim Fitzgerald, and our Construction Director, Nigel Hutchinson, have worked together for over 10 years. They offer a hands-on approach and make frequent site visits to ensure that a high quality service is being delivered and that health and safety standards are being maintained. Owen Williams manages our commercial team ensuring we deliver on time and on budget.
Our workforce is a cohesive unit that provide a wide range of construction services in a capable and efficient manner. We can respond to the most demanding of requirements through the employment of directly employed, skilled labour. We also have gangs that can lodge away.
Jim Fitzgerald is the driving force behind the company. He has over a decade of experience in leading and managing fast-track groundworks and civil engineering companies.
Nigel Hutchinson has over 30 years’ experience, working as a Site Engineer, Project Manager and a Senior Contracts Manager. He has extensive knowledge working on fast-track, complex Groundworks, Basements, Concrete Frames and Section 278works.
Owen Williams, our Commercial Manager, has over 10 years of civils and groundworks experience working on a variety of contracts, including the JCT and NEC Suites. He has experience in projects ranging in value to £20m across a variety of sectors, including highways, rail, educational, nuclear, residential, and commercial. He is currently working towards his RICS chartership. Outside of the office is a keen runner.
